Even though they are very busy most of the time, I am usually in and out fairly quickly. The young lady at the reception desk was so kind and helpful. Shelly is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I had a place on my arm that was concerning to me, and before I could even tell her about it, she immediately identified it, and addressed it with me. She is thorough in her examinations, and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend this office.

I really like this place but today it was a little different. I have to drive nearly an hour one way to get there and when we arrived they didn't have our appointment in the system. I was afraid I just made a burnt trip. Thankfully they worked us in and took it about 30 minutes and I believe we were their last patient. We really like her doctor so we waited. This caused a terribly long wait at the pharmacy and exhausting trip back home. It was 8:20 p.m. when we finally got home on a school night. I will say mistakes happen and I understand. This mishap could have been worse and they could of turned us away. Thankfully they didn't.

Shelly was awesome. She listened to my concerns and did not treat me like a number. She was very pleasant and I felt like she did an excellent job. I am bringing my husband in to see her next.
